1. Subject line: Order Id & Name of Product to be returned
2. State the reason for return; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
3. Specify the product you would like in exchange
- Name of Product
- Size, or
4. Ask for a refund - you can choose,
- Store Credit
- Bank Refund
5. Pack the item(s) in the bag provided with your order
That's it! Lay back and let us do the rest!
Returns for Exchange
Our policy now lasts 30 days. However, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are subject to approval: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be packed in the return bag provided with the product tag and the invoice along with it.
To complete your return, request a return through an email on firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following details;
Subject: Return "Product Name" "Order Id"
Reason for return
Product name, colour & size you want in exchange
Return for Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days. You can also choose the refund in the form of store credit, just let us know!
A 2% convenience charge may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet despite the confirmation e-mail from us, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your package will be picked up by our logistics partner. Please do not send your purchase back to After Dark yourself.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
